We have extended registration to Tuesday, December 6th, there are still a few places left.

All conference attendees must preregister. Registrations must be received by December 2, 2005. The registration fee is $90.00 This will cover an all-conference pass that includes two days of technical sessions, conference meals and break refreshments, access to the vendor exhibit area, and the conference CD.

Special offer for International attendees, send us a photocopy or proof of your round ticket ticket from outside the US and attend Forum 2005 for FREE! We are a simple non-profit, volunteer group with no administrative staff to handle international payments, so we decided to make it simple.  If you can get a ticket, hotel and any visa requirements then you can attend Forum 2005 for free.  To qualify you must:
1) register online for Forum 2005
2) make your own travel, hotel and visa requirements (sorry, we cannot help with this)
3) mail your registration and instead of a check, send a photocopy or proof of round trip ticket from outside the US.

To complete Early-Bird Registration: On-line Registration Form

1. Complete and submit the on-line Registration Web form.
2. This will generate a Registration Form page.
3. Print a hardcopy version of the completed Registration Form.
4. Bring your check in the amount of US$ 90.00 made payable to "WAIUG" with you to the Forum:

5. Your registration must be received by December 6, 2005.
6. When you arrive at the conference, proceed to the Late registration table with your check. Sorry, no credit cards.

Registering More Than One Person?

You may submit registrations for several people at the same time. You may remit a single check for the total amount due made payable to "WAIUG", but a separate Registration Form must be completed for each attendee.
